To help you make the most of your time with us we have provided a list of the following items that we hope you will find helpful. If you ever have a question that is not listed below, please feel free to contact us pr give one of our spa coordinators a call and they will assist you.

Scheduling an appointment?

In order to ensure that you receive the least amount of waiting time and the day you desire, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment before leaving the spa. Group party’s reservations of ten or more must leave a deposit at the time of booking.

Unable to Keep Your Appointment?

We respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation notice for services. Deposit on a Group Party’s reservations is not refundable.

Running Late?

Our scheduling permits the correct amount of time to complete your service. Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment time in order to relax and to avoid haste. Service times may be shortened to accommodate a late arrival. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to reschedule services.

Receiving Waxing Services?

No suntanning 24-hours before or after your appointment in order to prevent injuries. The hair length should be 1/4 inch in order to be successfully waxed.

Receiving a Pedicure?

Remember to bring your sandals in order to avoid smudging your beautiful nail polish.
